Orla Kiely
I think that I have found my most favorite designer ever.
Orla Kiely makes the most delicious, fresh, clean cut designs
I have ever seen. Her style is ever so slightly Jackie O retro with a
tiny touch of ” fifty” and “sixties” silhouettes all mixed together. I would love
to have a chance to talk to her and find out who her favorite designers were
growing up. What time periods were her favorites. Although, I think her
designs speak for themselves.
They are of course pretty pricey, so I will not be rushing out to get all the items
on my wish list above. Not even one. I do have a I-Pad mini cover by her that I
LOVE. Oh Well, I will just have to save my egg money. If only Kate Middleton
hadn’t taken a liken to her too.
