HOT FRESH BUNS–For your Burger
Hi all!
I have been in the kitchen a lot this week. Everything from making masses of King Cakes (Mardi Gras is next week) to making mini burgers—aka “sliders”
My son Aidan plays baseball for his middle school team and they have had two games scheduled this week. First one canceled —-bummer for him.
But another is on for tonight.
Back to the kitchen talk….I have a Great Recipe for hamburger buns that you can also use for hoagie and hot dog buns. The trick is making sure the dough is really soft and fluid—-not sticky. But even if the dough is a little heavy and you come out with plump buns, they still taste soooo good that you will never want another store bought, preservative filled bun again.
