Ingredients

  • 1 Large Cool Whip
  • 1 Can Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 9" Pre-Baked Pie Crust

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together well, the Condensed Milk and the Lemon Juice.
  2. Drain the Crushed Pineapple and add. Mix
  3. Add the Coconut Flakes. Mix Well.
  4. Add the Cool Whip and Mix Well.
  5. Fill the Cool Pre-Baked Pie Crust and chill in Refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

I make a home made pie crust. It is here in my "Recipe Box". It is really simple and makes a great crust.
