Ingredients
- 1 Large Cool Whip
- 1 Can Condensed Milk
- 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Small Can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 1 9" Pre-Baked Pie Crust
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together well, the Condensed Milk and the Lemon Juice.
- Drain the Crushed Pineapple and add. Mix
- Add the Coconut Flakes. Mix Well.
- Add the Cool Whip and Mix Well.
- Fill the Cool Pre-Baked Pie Crust and chill in Refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

I make a home made pie crust. It is here in my "Recipe Box". It is really simple and makes a great crust.
