It is a whopping 21 degrees here, and it has snowed all day, and I have not seen any lasting sunshine for a couple of days now. These folks tried really hard to get the southern “soul” food right, but they are from up north, so we will have to forgive them this time. Perhaps they can let me in the kitchen one night before I leave to coach them a little. Any way, tomorrow I am going for the deep dish pizza, and it looks really good. There is no food like home food! By the way, I had to use some of this fresh snow to put in some tea just for kicks, you just can’t do that at home too often. Love, Chris
